Course Outline - OverviewThis instructor-led course is designed to provide participants an understanding of general project management principles, activities and techniques. Based on the
PMBOK® Guide and industry best practices, this course focuses on the skills required of a project manager to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout of a project. The planning and control functions, throughout the life of a project, are described in detail and reinforced through a case study and related exercises.

- Intermediate and junior level project managers
